1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tagamer platform, you agree to these terms of use, governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law nº 8.078/1990), the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law nº 12.965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Law nº 13.709/2018). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. Tagamer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

2. Service Description

Tagamer is a gamer community that offers game servers for players to have fun together. The platform facilitates connection between community members and access to the available worlds, created and maintained by Tagamer itself. Servers use binaries officially provided by the game developers for community use.

3. Platform Nature

Tagamer is a community project created and maintained by volunteer game enthusiasts. We are not a registered company and do not operate as a commercial entity. We are a non-profit initiative that offers game servers to the community, born on Discord and expanded into a complete platform for connecting players.

4. Permitted Use

By using Tagamer, you agree to:

• Provide true and accurate information when creating your account;
• Keep your account credentials confidential;
• Do not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities;
• Respect other community members, avoiding spam, harassment or hate speech;
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform or other users.

5. Accounts

To use certain Tagamer features, you need to create an account via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Keeping the security and confidentiality of your account;
• All activities that occur under your account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use;
• Do not share your credentials with third parties.

Tagamer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, in accordance with Art. 54 of the Consumer Protection Code.

6. Game Servers

Tagamer offers game servers (such as Palworld) created and maintained by the community, using binaries officially provided by the developers for community use. Worlds are managed by Tagamer volunteers dedicated to keeping a pleasant experience for everyone. By joining a world, you agree to follow the community rules and respect other players.

7. Community Conduct

In addition to these terms, you agree to follow:

• The rules of the Tagamer Discord server;
• Good communication practices and mutual respect;
• The terms of service of third-party platforms used (Discord, etc.).

8. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All content on the Tagamer platform, including texts, designs, logos and code, is the property of Tagamer or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior authorization. Palworld and other game names, logos, symbols and trademarks mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. The use of these names is exclusively for identification and description of the services available on the platform.

9. Not Affiliated with Developers

Tagamer is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored or otherwise approved by any developer or publisher of the games listed on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to: Pocketpair (creators of Palworld) and any other studios whose games may be mentioned in the future.

10. Links to Third-Party Sites

Tagamer may contain links to third-party sites, including the community Discord server and game developer pages. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Access to these sites is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Tagamer platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances will Tagamer be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunities;
• Content of third-party servers listed on the platform;
• Interruptions or service failures;
• Actions of community users.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for violation of these terms or for any other justifiable reason. After termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, you may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, the Internet Civil Rights Framework and the General Data Protection Law.
